What is a professional home stager?

Professional Home Stagers are skilled artists. They can take an empty space and turn it into a work of art. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.

How does it work?
1. We help you disassociate and see your home with a fresh set of eyes and an open mind.
2. We evaluate your property, take pictures and make our recommendations.
3. We analyze your needs and prepare a Consultation Report (if included in your package).
4. A proposal will be made and sent to you within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
5. Call us back, set the date and we get to work!
6. Once the home is staged and after pictures have been taken, it’s simply a matter of listing it, showing it and then SELLING it!

Virtual Staging – Starting at $50/photo
Virtual home staging is a type of home staging in which an interior design is created in a graphic editor. Virtual staging is especially popular among real estate brokers, photographers, and interior designers. The main goal of this kind of visualization is creating highly realistic images of properties.

Walk Around Consultation — $100
We will walk through the house with the client, assess and make recommendations. No written report provided ,however, client is welcome to take any notes.

Written Report Consultation — $225
After walking around the home and taking photos, we will provide the client with a detailed written report (about 6-10 pages) which will clearly outline recommendations for the home.

Art Packages — Rates start at $500
We will use the client’s existing furniture and accentuate the property by accessorizing the home with beautiful artistic touches.

Occupied Home Staging — book a consultation for an estimate
This selection is recommended for those clients who are trying to sell their home while still living in it. We will utilize as much of the client’s existing furniture as possible while adding furnishings and accessories from out inventory.

Vacant Home Staging — book a consultation for an estimate
Empty spaces are a blank canvas that we will bring to life by using furniture and accessories from our own inventory or from our suppliers.
